As many of you already know, I’ve been at my sister’s house for most of the past two months. I’m home now and trying to get back into the swing of things. I haven’t been able to get back into crafting yet, but I did want to get back to sharing some of the things we made at some of my classes when I was back home for a couple of days.
Have you seen all the bundles in the new Occasions Catalog? Bundles usually include a stamp set and matching dies or punches. This particular one called A Nice Cuppa includes 11 photopolymer stamps (which you can see through for excellent placement when stamping) and 12 matching dies.
As you can see in the photo, the dies have ejection holes so you can remove the paper easily.
This is a Flap Fold Card and was made using the A Nice Cuppa Bundle. The card base is made with a piece of Hello Honey Card Stock, cut to 4-1/4″ x 11″ and scored at 2-1/2″ and 6-3/4″. The front flaps were covered with pieces of one of the prints in the FREE Sale-a-Bration Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper. (The paper pack includes 12 sheets: 2 each of 6 double-sided designs. 12″ x 12″. They are acid free and lignin free. the designer papers coordinate with Basic Black, Blackberry Bliss, Calypso Coral, Hello Honey, Lost Lagoon, Old Olive, and Whisper White Card Stock. You can get this gorgeous designer series paper with any order of $50 or more, before tax and shipping.) The cup, spoon and circle were all cut from a piece of Calypso Coral Card Stock. You can see how well the Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper matches the coordinating card stock. (I love that Stampin’ Up! does this…It makes it so easy to select coordinating colors for projects!) The cup was embossed and sponged with Calypso Coral Ink. Basic Pearl Embellishments were added, but I see that one of them is missing.
A 4″ x 4″ piece of Whisper White Card Stock was adhered to the inside of the card. One of the sentiments from the Feel Goods Stamp Set (131916) was stamped with Calypso Coral Ink and another spoon was added.
