I’ve just got to get a new camera…My photos are coming out so blurry lately. Sorry for that. I’m sharing a card today that we made at a Stamp-a-Stack last week. It is made with the Bright Hopes Stamp Set from Stampin’ Up! which retired earlier in the year. I love the Gumball Green Designer Paper with the little stars on it from the Snow Festival Designer Series Paper pack (126908) out of the 2012 Holiday Catalog. It’s just too cute! The other papers out of the pack are, too, but this one is my favorite. The card base is made from Gumball Green Card Stock (126840). The embossed layer on top of it is Whisper White Card Stock (100730), and the tree image was embossed on another piece of Whisper White with Gumball Green Embossing Powder (128981). It was layered on another piece of Gumball Green and a scallop edge of the Silver Glimmer Paper (124005), punched out with the Scallop Edge Border Punch (119882) was adhered to the bottom of it. The paper with the stars was cut into a 1-3/4″ strip and the bottom was cut with the 1-1/4″ Square Punch (119865). Did you know that you can place a strip of paper or card stock into a square punch at an angle and get perfect banner cuts every time? Well, you can! The strip was wrapped at the top with a piece of silver crochet thread. Another very quick and easy card. Hope you like it as much as I do!
