Betsy’s Blossoms and the Baby Wipe Technique

This card was also made using the Baby Wipe Technique.  I’ve seen this technique described a couple of different ways, but this time I’m sharing what I did.  I like to take a baby wipe, fold it in half, and lay it on a paper plate or on my craft pad.  I usually use 3 or 4 different color re-inkers and place a couple of drops of each color on the baby wipe.  You want to make the area of the re-inker a little larger than the stamp you’re going to use and try not to overlap the colors too much.  This will be used as your stamp pad…just press your stamp onto it to pick up the ink.  I used this technique on the Whisper White Card Stock on the front of my card with 2 of the flower images in the Betsy’s Blossoms Stamp Set.  When I was finished stamping, I took the same baby wipe and tapped it all over another piece of Whisper White Card Stock to use later on!  The ribbon is the Scallop Dots Ribbon in Calypso Coral.  I also used Daffodil Delight, Certainly Celery, and Calypso Coral Card Stock on the card.
