I can’t believe one of my favorite stamp sets is retiring!
The girls from The Nicest Things Stamp Set (wood-117036; clear-120531) are so cute and they remind me of my sister and me when we were young. I
use them for my cards and scrapbook pages a lot! Sometimes I even color them to look just like us.
This card was made with So Saffron (105118), Whisper White (100730), and Tangerine Tango (111349) Card Stock. The So Saffron was embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper Folder (120175). The girls were watercolored with Stampin’ Write Markers. I used the circle from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309) to cut out 3 pieces of Tangerine Tango CS to place behind the Bitty Buttons (118761). I love this punch set and the buttons because the buttons are clear and you can make any color button you need just by punching the card stock in one of the 4 shapes and adhering it to the back of the button! Now, I don’t have to buy buttons in every color of the rainbow. I also punched out a strip of the Tangerine Tango with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch (119275). Another punch to have handy if you can’t afford to buy ribbon of every color, either!
I hate it that this stamp set is retiring, but I’m excited because I know that Stampin’ Up!
will be replacing it and the other retiring sets with even prettier sets!
