Hello Everyone,
Today I want to share a card from one of my classes last week. This card looks difficult, but it is so easy to make with the Labels Collection Framelits Dies (125598)! The card base is Pretty in Pink Card Stock (100459) and the front panel is designer paper from the Twitterpated DSP Pack (125406). First, I centered one of the label dies on the front of the piece of designer series paper (near the top) and ran it through the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine (113439). Then I adhered it to
the card front with Tombow Multipurpose Glue (110755). Next, I placed the slightly smaller label die in the center and held it in place with Dotto (103305). The Dotto holds the die in place while being cut and is easily removed. I ran the open card through the Big Shot. The “window” was perfectly placed by die-cutting the DSP first and then the card front. I stamped “Happy Birthday” on the front of the card. I also used the larger label die to cut a piece of Whisper White Card Stock (100730) for the inside of the card. The flower and leaves image from the Bordering on Romance Stamp Set (wood-125480; clear-125482) was stamped once on it and 2 times on scrap pieces of Whisper White. The 3 stamped images were watercolored using Watercolor Wonder Crayons (Subtles Collection – 119802). The 2 images on the scrap pieces of card stock were cut out and adhered to the front of the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430). I colored the Basic Rhinestones (119246) with a pink permanent marker and placed them in the centers of all the flowers. So easy!
